What you will be doing
A great way to start your morning, especially mid-week. This 45 min class will consist of a 35 minutes vinyasa flow to awaken your body accompanied by a 10 min meditation to awaken your mind and find clarity. The main goal is to feel energised and ready for the day.
Routine
Warm-up sequence for joint health and mobility Sun salutations to bring heat and energy to the body Standing sequence to build strength Floor sequence to revitalise and restore 10 min meditation to calm the mind & set your intentions for the day
Notes
Let's meet at the bandstand, as denoted by the pin. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Also a block could be useful, but it's ok if you don't have one.
