Thursday Hatha yoga class In Victoria Park
What you will be doing
Rewind, relax and immerse in the gentle flow on Thursday evening surrounded by nature.
The session will start with a short meditation to disconnect your mind from the day-to-day business and continue with a rejuvenating flow. We will use pranayama techniques to supply our body with enough oxygen and remove any toxins as well as deepen our connection with our body.
The session will include 10/15 minutes of relaxation which will energize you for a weekend ahead.
Take your mat and a bottle of water.
