What you will be doing
In this workshop you will learn how to recognise the subconscious mechanisms that you have put in place to face life’s challenges, but actually end up working against you by creating stress and/or limiting beliefs, understand the roles of saboteurs/protectors and their impact on your thoughts and behaviors. You will learn how to shift to Self mindset and set the stage for mental fitness training. Participants gain self-awareness and understand the foundation of Positive Intelligence that will serve as the basis for further development.
Routine
Activities: Self-Assessment: Participants identify their primary saboteurs using guided questionnaires. Interactive Discussion: Share insights on how saboteurs impact daily work and decision-making. Mindfulness Exercise: A brief guided meditation to start building focus and awareness.
