What you will be doing

09:15-10:10 Barre-less Choreography An easy to follow, ballet inspired workout. Learn simple sequences of ballet moves and then combine them into a final routine. No experience necessary, great for beginners or those looking for a low impact workout. Let your inner ballerina shine!

10:15-11:00 Stretch & Tone A chilled out conditioning class. A floor based abs, butts and thighs workout set to relaxing tunes. We also incorporate stretches for muscles that may get tight from every day life. A great way to unwind after a hectic week!

Routine

Barre-less 10min Warm Up - Mobility & basic ballet technique / 30min Main Section - 2/3 blocks of basic ballet choreography, put together at the end to make a final routine / 5min Cooldown & Stretch

Stretch & Tone 5min Warm Up: Mobility & Body Awareness / 5min: Core Stability & Balance / 10min: Butt, Hips & Thigh Conditioning / 10min: Lower Body Flexibility 5min: Oblique Work 5min: Back Care 5min: Relaxation
