Physiologically the Glute muscles are supposed to be very strong but due to the modern lifestyle (extensive seating etc) usually become underactive. This means that they won’t fire properly even when we try to strengthen them specifically. Through this workshop you will learn the step by step process to fix this.

This workshop is for literally everyone. Whether you are interested to: ▶️ Add volume to your Glutes ▶️ Improve your Athletic Performance ▶️ Decrease the possibility for Injury ▶️ Move better

Routine

🔹 We will start with discussing the muscles that usually take over the work from the Glutes otherwise called overactive synergists and review the methods to decrease their over activity. Why is this important, I’ll give you an example: When you are doing Squats the prime mover should be the glutes. If you don’t address the overactive synergists thought before you do the squat then inevitably they will be doing most of the work, meaning that through time they become even more overactive making your glutes more… underactive.
