What you will be doing
This class is for all levels. We always overlook the posture, live with stiff back and body. In Pilates - Stretch and Align, we will focus on body/ posture awareness, alignment, stretch and relax after some pilates workout. You will feel refreshed and aligned after the class. Come and join us!
*Simply prepare your OWN MAT, TOWEL and bottle of water. Join our class online with smile.
**Sorry to say that this class is not for those with pregnancy. Please enrol other tailor-made classes instead. **If you have any recent injury, please only attend the class after consultation with your GP.
4-5 mins Warm up 15-20min Pilates exercise with more stretching focus 5-10 mins cooling down, relaxing msucles
