What you will be doing
Each class is its own story. We’ll drift into our bodies and follow a steady arc, often tying in a crescendo of twists and balances before moving to hold a pose or two for longer, and rest. Classes often finish with a quote to take away.
We’ll focus on cultivating self-enquiry and greater self-compassion, as we soften to strengthen the body and create more space within. I always offer options along the way, as you consider what would serve you best.
Routine
Warrior sequences with a balancing peak, with time for a gentle stretch to start and cool off at the finish.
Notes
Entering the park from Harlesden Road, follow the main path in and veer to the right. The class will take place on the flat green lawn across the path from the public toilets.
Please bring your own mat, and if you'd like, a block. A soft cushion might be helpful if you have sensitive knees.
