What you will be doing
Join the Bee-Fit community and become part of the team for Team Tuesday.
In this 45 min session we will focus on building strength and endurance and finish with a team based conditioning piece that brings everyone together!
Bodyweight only, all you need is water, a mat if you have it & some space to move.
As always, we begin with a prep and prime block that makes sure our body is ready to move well.
for TT we will mainly use time based blocks such as EMOM, E2MOM for our main resistance blocks. You will find tabatas, ascending and descending ladders etc for our final team based conditioning block.
We finish with a cool down and mobility block to leave you feeling ready to take on the day ahead!
