What you will be doing

Be prepared for a full-body restore.

In 45 minutes you'll learn more about your strengths and weakness than in two years of hitting the gym. You will literally learn to control every inch of your body.

A transformative workout for fitness beginners and athletes. It is a great recovery class for cyclists, footballers, and runners. All levels are welcome! EveryBODY is welcome!

Routine

Pilates is a collection of low-impact, control, and precise movements focussed on your core that will:

  • improve your posture
  • boost your strength, flexibility, and balance
  • release tension from your head to your toes

Notes

• Location: Victoria Park Bandstand. • Clothes: Make sure you wear comfortable and multiple layers of clothing in cold weather that can be removed according to changing body temperature. • Props: A mat/towel (anything that will make the floor softer), water, and good vibes šŸ˜ŠšŸ’«
