In 45 minutes you'll learn more about your strengths and weakness than in two years of hitting the gym. You will literally learn to control every inch of your body.
A transformative workout for fitness beginners and athletes. It is a great recovery class for cyclists, footballers, and runners. All levels are welcome! EveryBODY is welcome!
Routine
Pilates is a collection of low-impact, control, and precise movements focussed on your core that will:
- improve your posture
- boost your strength, flexibility, and balance
- release tension from your head to your toes

⢠Location: Victoria Park Bandstand. ⢠Clothes: Make sure you wear comfortable and multiple layers of clothing in cold weather that can be removed according to changing body temperature. ⢠Props: A mat/towel (anything that will make the floor softer), water, and good vibes šš«
