Start your week the Bee-Fit way! 30 mins of bodyweight conditioning to make sure you set your intent for the week ahead with some real intensity.
Everyone needs something to look forward to on a Monday, and everyone loves a metcon session. Book yourself a space, it just makes sense!
All you need is some water, a mat if you have one & some space to move!

AMRAPs! EMOMs! RFT! CHIPPERS!
Just some of the formats you can expect in our MM sessions. We will start as always with a prep and prime to make sure your body is ready to move well. Then we waste no time and get to work with a short sharp conditioning piece. We finish with a cool down and mobility block.
