What you will be doing

Be prepared for a full-body restore.

In 45 minutes you'll learn more about your strengths and weakness than in two years of hitting the gym. You will literally learn to control every inch of your body.

A transformative workout for fitness beginners and athletes. it is a great recovery class for cyclists, footballers, and runners.

All levels are welcome! EveryBODY is welcome!

Routine

Pilates is a collection of exercises, slow and controlled movements focus on your core that will:

  • CORRECT your posture
  • IMPROVE your strength, flexibility, and balance
  • RELEASE tension from your head to toes
