A high intensity interval training session for all levels. You don't need to bring anything but your own body.
An all over workout. Gain arms Madonna prays for and abs harder than Vinnie Jones. After a top half body blast, it's a lower body blitz because friends don't let friends skip leg day. Afterwards you can choose between the John Wayne swagger or the penguin waddle. Donβt think about taking the stairs tomorrow.
Routine
This HIIT hits hard.
Target practice on all muscle groups. Expect to sweat. Expect to smile. A short warm-up before jumping straight into a hedonistic pit of feet tapping, thigh slapping, hip shaking goodness. Topped off with crunches, planks and stretches. With a cool down that will make you all limp, snoozy, and extremely happy.
