What you will be doing
A 30- minute class devoted totally to your core- the entire cylindrical body and not just crunches and abs. I work to strengthen, shape, as well as keeping the muscles healthily stretched and lithe.
Routine
We will warm up with the basic gentle crunches, where a focus will be placed on the back positions (neutral with a tiny carve in the lower back, or imprint etc), then we'll go deep dive into leg raises, pulses, planks every which way. There will be also a nice segment for our back- the upper middle and lower back.
This class takes place on multiple dates, view all available dates.
Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
