What you will be doing
This is a fun class on Sunday mornings using body weight for exercises and get the heart rate pumping up. It will be 40 minutes high intensity.
Routine
We will start with a warm up and a mobility routine, followed by bodyweight exercises using a mix of tabata, reps and time based exercises. At the end, we well end the class with a nice challenge, followed by a cool down and a good stretch.
