What you will be doing
A chilled out conditioning class. A floor based abs, butts and thighs workout set to relaxing tunes. We also incorporate stretches for muscles that may get tight from long periods of sitting - perfect for office workers who may struggle to get away from their desks. A great way to finish a tough day or week.
