What you will be doing
The key to the best butt is targeting those juicy muscles from different angles. Not only will cranking out squats and other booty-centric exercises shape and lift your backside, but strong glute muscles help support your lower back, make you a better runner, and prevent knee injuries—just to name a few perks.
It’s not only six-pack seekers who should be paying their abs plenty of attention when training. Strong abs are an integral part of a rock-solid core, which should be one of the goals of any fitness regime. The list of benefits of adding abs exercises is almost endless. And who’s going to complain if you also happen to sculpt a picture-perfect six-pack at the same time?
Misha combines these two muscle groups together and creates her famous BOOMMY workout. Resistance bands provided for that desired burn. These super effective moves are way better than the ones you’ve been doing. Let’s gooo!
Routine
You’ll be taken through a warm up activating required muscle group. Main part is low intensity, but high impact, interval work. In the end is awaiting well deserved cool down and stretching to put your body back to pre-exercise mode.
