What you will be doing
A lower body blitz because friends don't let friends skip leg day. Afterwards you will choose between the John Wayne swagger or the penguin waddle. Don’t think about taking the stairs tomorrow.
Routine
Walk in, crawl out. Multiple rounds of circuits infusing bodyweight exercises, resistance band work, and weighted moves using steps.
