Can’t find the time or motivation to exercise? We have you covered! Get it out the way every weekday in a 20-minute fast class.

No prior experience, no equipment, no fancy sportswear necessary, and definitely no judgement. We all want to move better, and no-one regrets getting in the best shape of their life. Everyone is welcome, with all moves modified to suit your strengths.

Work out alone with the trainer, or alongside your class mates, or tune in so no-one sees you. You’re not alone, 1 in 3 of us struggle to get moving, but once you start you won't want to stop.

Routine

Expect a super stealth warm-up of stretches, then sequences of postures and exercises that will move the entire body (in the format of activity and rests), followed by a quickie cool down.

No equipment needed, nor a large amount of space. Just water to refresh.

Everyone is welcome, with all moves modified to suit your strengths.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time

All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
