What you will be doing
Want to target your booty (as well as the legs and abs)? Then this class if for you! 45 minutes of high intensity training targeting the abs, bums and legs - suitable for complete beginners as well as seasoned clients. Prepare to feel the burn - and see results quickly!
We will start with a warm up before moving on to exercises aimed at the bum, legs and abs. Expect a mix of high intensity exercises and stretches in between. All you need is a mat or something soft for your knees. We will finish with a relaxing cool down.
