What you will be doing
Be your own warrior! The best way to start your day with empowering yoga poses (asanas) that brings strength, positivity, confidence and a great feeling into your body and mind. What a way to start your day!!!
The class starts with a breathing exercise (pranayama), followed by warming up and bringing the heat into our body through standing postures, core work, realising and letting go of any tension (physical or mental), and a deep stretch at the end.
Meeting point on top of the stairs between two sphinx under Crystal Palace Arqiva (see picture). Bring your own mat and water. In case you need a mat please contact me in advance.
