What you will be doing
Resistance Bands have been a life saver during lockdown, so let’s take those workouts to the next level with this technique based, strength building session. It’s a Full Body focus working Head to Toe getting you even more confident using those versatile Bands.
Warm Up & Mobility -
Main Workout using supersets & tri-sets to pump those muscles! -
Cool Down & Stretch -
Class will work best with a Resistance Band that is a medium strength for you!
