The weekend is here! No better way to get it started then with a Bee-Fit Fitness Friday workout.
Get it done early and enjoy your start to the weekend. Fitness Friday is a mix of resistance and cardio based training to deliver a pre beer garden pump that is unrivalled.
Bodyweight only. All you will need is some water, a mat and space to move!
Prep and Prime, if you know us then you know we won't start until our body is ready to move.
Upper body resistance blocks followed by High Intensity full body movements to spike the heart rate and deliver that Bee-Fit sweat.
Finishing up with cool down and mobility. Supple is the new strong (not really but they compliment each other)
