What you will be doing
Vinyasa means 'breath-synchronised movement' and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. We will focus on opening the hips in these classes for more mobility and freedom.
A vinyasa class with easy warm up, standing forward bend, sun salutation variations, standing pose sequence, hip opening pigeon pose, forward bends, mild back bends and twist with a hip based focus flow to connect to our emotional bodies and release tension in our hips and backs.
