What you will be doing
Buggy Bootcamp is designed specifically for ante and postnatal women to exercise in a safe environment with our ante and postnatal qualified trainer, Casey.
Expect a full body workout using light weights to help you stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy journey. All exercises are modified specifically for both ante and postnatal women.
Buggy Bootcamp is a baby friendly environment, babies are more than welcome to join their mommies at the sessions! Classes are suitable to all ante & post natal woman of all fitness levels and provide a welcoming and friendly environment to meet other moms!
Beginning with a full body warm up to mobilise, loosen and engage the muscles.
The class will focus on major muscle groups including the arms, bums, legs, and core. Fusing strengthening exercises with cardio interval blasts to get your heart rate going!
Finishing the class on the mat with a full body stretch to completely de-stress and re-energise yourself for the rest of the day!
Please ensure you have medical approval to exercise prior to exercising. If you have any injuries or medical conditions please contact Casey via Bua Fit message prior to the class beginning. Grab some light weights (1.5kg - 3kg recommended), water and an exercise mat and you’re ready to go!
