What you will be doing

You can expect modern strength training methods that will deliver exceptional results! With only 20-30 minutes done 2-3 times per week you will develop strength and speed in the key areas of the body so you can beat PR's and be injury free. Running can be taxing on the joints, especially knees, as one can experience up to 3xBW forces depending on the speed of the run. So it is crucial that you prepare your connective tissues as well as muscles via special strength training to alleviate the pressure on the joints. Run fast Run injury free. Routine

Science based Isometric focused training that will target the body structures from the bottom up principle, starting at the foot, which is often overlooked... Then we move towards knee and finish with the hip, which does include all the surrounding structures such as thighs and core as well. Although short it is an intense exercise designed to do the following:

  1. Increase muscle strength at running specific joint angles - more force safely applied to the ground
  2. Improve body's ability of intra and inter-muscular contractions - fluid and rhythmic actions
  3. Harness FREE energy stored in the achilles tendon to make you run faster and longer - pop off the ground like a springbok
  4. Helps prevent injuries to the joints and muscles - give the tendons the love and care they need
