What you will be doing

Start not only your day but Your Week with this powerful practice. A combination of Hatha flow, Tai Chi and Power Yoga all wrapped up in a 45-minute session dedicated to awakening your senses, determination, and primal instincts.

Start your day strong, fresh, and powerful.

Morning exercise is proven to: · Increase alertness · Boost focus · Improve your mood · Help you make better decisions · Ramp up energy levels


Firstly, we will ground ourselves. A gentle warm up moves into sun salutations, and then into postures for strength and flexibility. Supine postures follow and then a zen inducing Savasana to release every last bit of stress. Come set an intention for the day and move in the morning mist.

This class is for those who want to live their absolute best lives. Open to all ages and abilities. Mindset is more important.

The class is set for 45mins but if students are willing and can spare some time, the class will be 1 hour.
