What you will be doing
A mid week, outdoor boost. As the day is starting to descend into night, we'll be gently saluting the sunset with the summer breeze on our faces.
Routine
A gentle warm up and invocation followed by a series of Surya Namaska (Sun Salutes, in this case Sunset Salutes) but focusing each week on a body part, theme, chakra and finishing off with a nice meditation practice. Some experience of Yoga is necessary but I can cater for beginners.
