What you will be doing
Gentle Yoga flow for your back, working with gentle back bends, forward bends, spinal twists, realising the tension of the shoulders and relaxing the mind. Ideal for those working all day long behind the screen or having heavy manual job, or anyone who feels like to ease up on their backs.
Routine
Slower flowy practice with focus on your back but also the whole body in general. Did you know if your back hurts the cause might be because of your feet?? To learn more about it, come to the class.
Notes
Prepare a mat but don't worry if you don't have one, any type of floor, even grass works perfectly too. You might want to have a blanket or a towel close by, as well as a pillow or any yoga prob you might own.
