A 45 min high energy, Circuit style, light Dumbbell session focusing on all your major muscle groups that want to be strong & toned! Great to improve technique, muscular endurance & broaden your exercise Arsenal!
Mobility Focused Warm Up -
Main Circuit - Full Body working Head to Toe!
Cool Down & Stretch -
Bring a towel & water! Any light Dumbbells or even a can of beans will be all the equipment you need.
