What you will be doing
Take a break from your desk π¨βπ» / π©βπ» and invest in your wellbeing with this revitalising Stretch, Flex & Posture class, led by Allan and powered by BUA FIT for the RKD team.
Designed for busy professionals, this session focuses on improving mobility, releasing muscle tension, and correcting common postural imbalances caused by long hours sitting at a desk. Through a series of guided stretches, mobility exercises, and posture-focused movements, you'll increase flexibility, reduce aches and pains, and move more freely throughout your day.
Allan will also share practical tips to help improve posture both in and out of the workplace, helping to reduce discomfort, boost energy levels, and support long-term physical wellbeing.
