What you will be doing
This session is a workout for the mind and the body. Using a blend of simple shadow boxing moves and high-intensity training is energising, effective, and fun. You don't need to have experience in boxing moves, and all levels of fitness are welcome! No equipment just bodyweight. This is not a pad work based class.

Warm up, HIIT Block 1, Boxing Round 1, HIIT Block 2, Boxing Round 2, Cool Down

Make sure to log onto the stream 5 mins before class starts. You will be in a virtual waiting room. I have the music on this end so no worries about that.
