What you will be doing
Power-driven and fitness based style of yoga class combining vigorous movements and athleticism of ashtanga and vinyasa (series of poses done in sequence) providing strengthening, toning and flexibility to the body. Helps improve cardiovascular physical fitness and firmness and is a fun, high energy class.
Routine
No sequence is ever the same because I can give flexibility to any poses in any order, meaning every class is different and there is never a dull moment!

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
