What you will be doing
Full body high intensity workout in the comfort of your own home.
100٪ bodyweight no equipment needed.
Warm up with some of the drills from the main workout executed in lower pace.
Main part will contain 7 circuits of 3 exercise executed in two rounds of 30 and 20 seconds with a little bit of rest between them.
Cool down with stretching and breathing exercises!
