What you will be doing
BUA is leading outdoor city fitness at THE SCOOP, as part of the 'Summer By The River' series. Every Monday at 17:45.
Join us in the outdoor amphitheatre for live and loud workouts whilst soaking up summer in the city.
Harrison Bogdanovs jumps starts this fun high-intensity interval training proven to tone, strengthen, and boost endorphins.
Routine
60 minutes of pure unadulterated bodyweight HIIT. Everything you need is inside you so ditch dumbbells and deadlifts and use your own body as resistance.
Be your very own Mr Motivator fat incinerator.
Expect fast blasts of bodyweight exercises followed by periods of rest in what has been hailed as the world's most efficient type of workout.
