What you will be doing
Covid Camp was born out of the need for improvement in health both physically and mentally due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To be isolated from most personal interactions and to then have physical activity taken away is tough on anyone so Covid Camp was born to bring back the dopamine and endorphins through exercise classes.
More than your standard HIIT class; a huge emphasis on community and fun whilst providing a full body conditioning session with no equipment or experience necessary.
The beauty of these classes is you only work as hard as you push yourselves so you are organically tailoring it to your own ability.
A short, dynamic warm up to get the blood flowing and the joints mobilised.
Next up will be a core focused circuit to work your strength and stability around your trunk.
Then we will go through a circuit style, strength focused block where we will perform a variety of movements that test your bodyweight strength across a broad range body parts.
Finally we will finish with a big conditioning piece where you will work at maximum effort for a set period of time or set rep scheme.
No equipment needed just bring a towel and some water. Shoes optional. Looking forward to meeting you all!
