What you will be doing
Who is up for a fun and sweaty conditioning session by the Thames overlooking the Shard?
Each week will have a slightly different focus. It could be some short and explosive max effort intervals, or some longer multi rounds endurance training, or some good old fashioned circuits work, the class will keep your muscles guessing 💪 and your heart pumping 💓!
All the workouts and movements are scalable to fit where you are on your fitness journey. Any questions, feel free to drop me a 📩

Warm up - mobility focused and movement drills
Main workout - 30-45 minutes depending on the session
