What you will be doing
This is a high intense class, where we hit all body part. Burning the maximum calories as possible and elevate our performance for the next level.
Routine
The way we will train is to use some of the advanced methods such as EMOM, Tabata, Supersets, AMRAP etc... We aiming for keep our heart rate high and having fun. After this workout you don't need to drink coffee I guarantee that you will be awake :)
Notes
Meet me at the bandstand and bring a bottle of water :)
This class takes place on multiple dates, view all available dates.
Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
