What you will be doing
This is a 40 min class designed for busy people to take a break during the day, reset and re-connect with themselves. I will hold a space for you to find calmness in your mind, and will guide you through some very gentle movements to energise the body. This is a beginner friendly class and perfect for those who would like a rest day from their high intensity exercises. You are welcome to fall asleep at the end and take a nap following the class, just remember to set an alarm ;)
The class starts with a 5 min meditation, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow that helps open up the body and counter any stiffness and tightness resulted from poor posture and stress. I will wrap up the class with a 10 min yoga nidra for a deep relaxation experience.
Please bring a blanket and 1 or 2 pillows (one for the head, one for the knees) for the nidra. An eye mask or a scarf would be great too to cover the eyes and help relax better.
