Lets train and improve our fitness together.
This class is designed for everyone who love the badminton game and is not able to play due the Covid-19 pandemic. We will do specific fitness exercises for badminton and focus on footwork technique. Badminton is a game that requires a lot of agility and strength in the whole body, so if you are not a badminton player, you will still enjoy the class.
For the class you will need skipping rope, resistance bands, yoga mat and disc weights. However, you will be able to complete the training without this equipment as well. I will show you alternatives.

Routine
Warm up: Active Stretching & Mobility - 10min / Badminton conditioning circuit - 15min / Badminton skills & body balance - 5min / Badminton footwork - 10min / Recovery Stretches - 5min
