What you will be doing
Did you know that Hips are centre of our emotions? Yes, that's right. We store most of our emotions, stress, even memories in our hips. This class will help you to let go of any negative feelings, stressful days and bring a blissful feeling. Not only that, but you will also experience a beautiful stretch and release in your body. Do this class and your hips will love you it!
The main focus will be on Hips (of course, lol). However, the class will be a mixture of different poses not only for hips but also lower back, legs, and in some parts upper body. It is a slower paced class, ideal for any level. The class will end with a final relaxation to prepare the body and mind for a relaxing evening.
If you don't have a mat, don't worry. You can use a blanket or a towel to lie down on. Grab any yoga or fitness prop you might have at home. If not props you can always use spare towels, pillows, maybe a book.
