What you will be doing
TRX Suspension Training challenges your entire body in all planes of motion creating a huge metabolic effect and helps you build lean, toned muscle. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A leaner physique, flatter abs, toned arms and a tighter tush. This is the ultimate result. You can expect to work hard and get hot and sweaty.
Routine
Fast paced warm up to get you ready for what is coming. Main part is split into circuits. Each circuit mixes heart-rate-revving cardio moves with multi-joint strength exercises so you torch the maximum amount of calories while you tone every inch. In the end your body will be taken through a mobility routine to cool down, stretch and release any tension.
Please bring a mat or a big towel!
