What you will be doing
Hi 😃 I hope you’re ready to laugh, get fit, stretch your hamstrings, strengthen your core & much more in this one hour long AcroYoga class for beginners.
It looks challenging but please be reassured that this is a class for absolute beginners (although intermediates are also very welcome).
No prior experience in any line of Fitness is required. 🙏🏼
For the time being due to Covid restrictions it is necessary to bring along a partner to this class that is within your support bubble or that you live with.
We are Corina and Earl, experienced AcroYoga teachers who can’t wait to invite you into a well structured class starting with a warmup, followed by a lovely AcroYoga flow or workshop (depending on who shows up, we go with the flow) and a lovely stretch at the end
