What you will be doing
ZUU is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. 30-minute training session will get the heart pumping and over time you will start to become more agile, increasing your mobility, build muscle and fitness levels. ZUU training uses movements from the animal kingdom.
Zuu is designed to develop mobility, agility, flexibility and cardio endurance, while strengthening muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia – the tissue that surrounds muscles. 30 minutes, limited rest time, ZUU uses seven primal and natural human movements for a full body workout: push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge, locomotion
