What you will be doing
This is an online prenatal yoga class. We'll need plenty of props for a safe practice, so please bring 1-2 pillows, a blanket, and a chair or a fitness ball.
While it is suitable for all pregnancy stages, I'd recommend that first time mamas wait until 14 weeks before joining.
I will welcome all of you at the start of the class to learn where you are on the beautiful journey. The class starts with a series of activating exercises to awake the body and establish connections with the body and the baby. This is followed by a gentle flow that is modified for the pregnant bodies. The class will end with a relaxing yoga nidra.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
