What you will be doing
A great introduction to high intensity interval training. HIIT promises the best workout in the least amount of time by combining short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest. You’ll boost your heart health exponentially more and burn more calories in this short time investment compared to a continuous form of exercise.
Expect a full body work-out using only your body weight. This class will revitalise your limbs, refresh your mind, and give you a spring in your step. PUMP IT!
Routine
A gentle warm-up of mobility and muscle activation moves. Then heart pounding HIIT in bodyweight circuits. The class will climax into a blissed-out cool down for deep relaxation.
