Monday Morning Vinyasa Flow

What you will be doing
Start the week as you mean to go on with an invigorating Monday morning 60 minute vinyasa flow!
We will move through a series of standing poses, building heat in the body and stretching away the weekend blues, before moving to the floor to give the core some attention. This class isn't suitable for anyone completely new to yoga.
The class will be run via Zoom and log in details will be shared 15 minutes before the class. Please DM me with any injuries in advance!
