Saturday Recharge Yoga
What you will be doing
Get ready for a new week by doing some outdoor yoga at the beautiful Blackheath! Come and really connect with nature instead of just visualising it in your head. Challenge your mind to focus on breathing, strengthen the body and mind, and leave the class feeling refreshed and recharged.
A vinyasa flow class with predominantly standing postures (which means mats are not essential!). The class will finish with a 10 min yoga nidra meditation for deep relaxation, a perfect way to end the practice and start your day!
