What you will be doing
Awake your body and set your mind to have the best day ever. This class comes with energising flow which is suitable to any begginers and more experienced. Only up to 5 people per class, with 2 meters distancing.
Routine
Starting with breath work to get blood going, followed by energising flow to keep the body warm, and finish with light stretches.
Notes
