What you will be doing
Let's challenge our 🦵🏾 Lower Body with a HIIT Workout. No material needed, only Bodyweight exercises: We will have this session under some Afro-Caribbean vibes and increase our blood flow!
📶All levels are welcome, I will give you different variations if an exercise is too hard for you. We start together, we finish together! Let's do this!
🔥HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a form of exercise that has been proven to boost metabolism and build strength, packing in the same benefits of lower and moderate intensity aerobic workouts in a much shorter time.
Routine
☀️Warm-up: Mobility and Cardio to warm up the body
🔥HIIT Workout: 30-40s Intensive workout / 10-15s Rest between each exercise / 1mn break between each set to recover
🧊Cool Down: Breathing and Stretching
