What you will be doing
A fun workout, integrating outdoor badminton with agility and fitness exercises. We have special shuttlecocks for the outdoors, agility ladder, rope, among other materials to make this session, a special one. Come and join us for a different kind of training and take advantage of the good summer weather. If you are a racket sports lover, this will be your best option!

Active warm up - 15min Badminton strokes - 20min Circuits combining badminton with agility and fitness exercises - 30min Core/Abs - 15min Recovery Stretches - 10min

All classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 12 hours before the start-time.
